Great Jitu, loved the way u sucked up. As for me, i admire her writing but not everything that she doles up. But what you guys do not know is that your Sushy baby, who till now was single, is now in a relationship. So she does not have time for all this crap, which she used to do earlier as she had lots of time during weekends. But now with her new found love, she has not time. And that is why i am telling her................ write one brilliant piece and end this blog for good and u will have all ur reader wishing you a happy whatever life that you may be dreaming of with you knight in shinning armour

Dont worry i can tell you why. Earlier Sushy baby earned her bread and butter through this blog or column. Now, it is just a past time and post going to KJ Times, Sushy baby do not need the money that HT can offer. She might be getting a minimum of 50 lakh plus a year, when converted into Indian Rupee. So, why should she care to write any good stuff here. Whats in it for her. Plus, with drinking wines all the time, her brains remains drunk so she cannot even think properly, i suppose. Am i right sushy............hehehhehehehheee( I bet this is going to get deleted)

It is the fault of readers. Because I think many of them have lost interest. SB have been regularly writing , but there is no response from readers.

Guys - don't you think that this blog has lost its charm?
In the good old days the blog author (Sushmita) would actively respond to her readers comments and have active discussions.
Now its seems like writing this blog has become a chore for Sushmita and she does it once in a while and after writing her piece she doesn't bother anymore for feedback nor interaction.

you handled the situation so well,suggest you keep sharing your similar experiences with readers which might help them out during such odd situations. I personally people who are not regulars ( specially with Scotch & foreign beer) are bent upon having the maximum value for money while they are at 35,000 ft & later create a scene for obviously not been able to hold on to their drink.

Very good observations :) Have had similar experiences and its even more irritating when your neighbour does not allow you to conc/ enjoy your movie and then after a while you need to nudge your shoulder to get his head off you! LOL

On a parallel note - Its quite funny how the attitude of air-stewards differ in flights to/from western countries like UK, US etc and the same stewards attitude towards passengers flying the middle-east-India sector. I noticed this especially once when I was flying from London to Trivandrum by Qatar Airways - the london-doha sector was a total 5-star treatment in terms of service in the economy class - that too despite the westerners and indians demanding for copious amounts of alcohol... and then come the doha-trivandrum sector and lo..there were brawls with the stewards, amongst passengers etc. The difference was as evident as being in the bar of a 5-star hotel vs the roadside bars where people gather and take quick swigs of alcohol!!

Gauravkum, that exactly what Shan is........... a 45 yr grump old man. who still think Rekha is great.... man she is not great, she was great once. and if u read the papers regularly than u will remember that TOI once carried an article in which a celebrated photographer (i do not remember his name) said that they touch Rekha's photos before publishing. Meet them face-to-face and you will vomit... like how vayjanthimalal and asha parekh looks now-a-day.
